Upload a filled-in copy of the country template spreadsheet. Pick a country that already exists to add (or replace) one Military Balance year on its card, or create a brand-new country page from scratch. You can select several files at once — for a batch across different countries, just fill in each file's own country_id in its Info tab (the country dropdown above only applies when uploading a single file).
